If I names photos I think this would be “learning to fly”… the boys are really starting to enjoy skateboarding so we spend one morning each weekend at the local skatepark. This was one of my favorite catches of the day

Got the itch to shoot about 9, went to the north pier to try and kill some of the inland light pollution… this was a lot of 30 second exposures over lake Michigan. Really nice night, enjoy

This is another pass at the Holland Lighthouse. This is film with the Horizon Perfekt… this is 2003 expired generic film… I would crop this one a little differently if it was a normal shot but I like to keep these as they came from the camera. Thanks bg

I mentioned a while back I am going through a Pano film phase. This is from my Horizon Perfekt swing lens camera with expired Fuji Xtera 400 film. Something about this format I love… cant replicate the digital. Took 400 today with the D3, 24 with this camera and there was no comparison in terms of the emotion of the shots.. I am sure it is just a phase. Hope all is well

Had a great model shoot with several folks at the studio last night. This is Deborah, she was a great model and this is one of my favorite shots for sure. Really tough to choose

This is one of the first shots with my new film camera the Horizon Perfekt. This camera yields a panoramic negative and uses a swing lens. I have to manage my sharpness and contrast expectations but this thing is a blast. Looking forward to shooting lots of expired film in the coming months to see what can be done. Hope all is well
